Customs fees  and Taxes

We ship our packages DDU (duties delivered Unpaid), and for some non-US countries, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your order.

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for any additional import charges by your country's import laws, and those are your responsibility to pay.

If the customs fees are not paid within the required timeframe requested by your local customs office, your order will be returned back to us and the custom return fees will be deducted from your full refund.
