UK working days are classed as Monday-Friday (excluding public & bank holidays).
International Orders: We ship our packages DDU (duties delivered Unpaid), and for some non-US countries, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your order.
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for any additional import charges by your country's import laws, and those are your responsibility to pay.
Please note, If you refuse to collect your package when required to do so from customs. £50 (which will be converted into the country currency rate) will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be issues after the product has been return to Saint Giovanni HQ, which can take up to 4-6 weeks.
Duties and taxes will not be charged at the time of purchase, as the country's customs agents will notify the recipient via email.
