International Shipping Customs FAQ

International Orders: We ship our packages DDU (duties delivered Unpaid), and for some non-US countries, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your order.

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for any additional import charges by your country's import laws, and those are your responsibility to pay.

Please keep in mind that if you refuse to collect your package from customs. Your refund will be deducted by £50 (which will be converted into the local currency rate). After the product has been returned to Saint Giovanni HQ, which can take up to 4-6 weeks, a refund will be issued.

If you have missed your delivery and your item is on the way back to us, we can arrange a reshipment but you will be charged a reshipment fee.

Duties and taxes will not be applied at checkout as the countries custom agents will inform the receiver via email.
